Aida. I love Aida. Elton John. You know it has to be good if it was written by Elton John... and it is! Even if you don't particularly enjoy musicals, try listening to the music from this show. It's unbelievable!

While I love this number, it isn't my absolute favorite piece from this musical. However, it was one of the only ones with the embedding enabled.

I have always been an avid lover of Brandi Carlile, since the day I first heard her music. This latest album of hers has been a really moving one for me. This song, particularly, has been on a constant repeat every time I hear it. Especially right now. The second chorus... can you get any more pure than that! So much said with so little.
